Have you sent a file with tracking and now want to generate a forensic authentic copy of the document? Write to us to receive detailed instructions and costs — the cost varies depending on the file size to be certified.
To find your certification number: go to your MY CERTIFICATIONS page, select “View Certificate” on the row corresponding to your file, then scroll down to the QR Code section to find the certification number (format: CC-202507-0032).
When you write to us, please include: your full name, the email used for registration on ContentProtector.eu (must match your account), the certification number(s) you need copies for, and whether you also need certification of the IP tracking emails linked to each certification.
Do you need more space for your files? You can request a plan upgrade on your own after logging in to your account, from the Subscription Plan Upgrade page in your user area.
Please note: the reset is automatic, and every 3 months you are granted the same number of qualified digital signatures included in your plan. Use this request only if you need a manual reset of your counter to restore the full number of signatures available in your subscription plan before the automatic renewal date.
When you write to us, please specify whether you'd like: (1) only a quote for the renewal of timestamp tokens before the expiration date, or (2) information about a subscription plan upgrade together with the cost of resetting the available timestamp tokens. Include your full name and the email used for registration on ContentProtector.eu.
