Renewing your plan allows you to create new certifications, but the storage space remains occupied by files already uploaded in previous periods. Example: if you use 500 MB during the first quarter on the White plan, you will need to upgrade to the Yellow plan (1 GB) in the next quarter to keep certifying new content. Alternatively, the user may choose to close their account, download all certified files and related reports, and then create a new account with the same starting plan, without losing access to previously certified content.
